1.Conducting a Walk through Audit for the estimation of Energy Conservation Potential
 
2. Conducting a detailed Energy Audit Study. It has following steps:
i.Detailed Mapping of the Entire Plant/Building premises
ii.Data Collection (discussions, Log-Books, computers, vendors, name plates, graphs etc.)
iii.Measurements (Using Tools like power analysers, ultrasonic flow meters, flue gas analysers, manometer, anemometer, press. gauge, thermometer, radiation gun, pitot tube)
iv. Analysis (The collected data is analysed by brainstorming, innovative ideas are generated, “n” number of ideas are generated and discussed for the viability).
 v. Presentation (Presentation in front of Top Management as well with functional/operational management and the ideas are again brainstormed for viability)

3.Detailing of the Projects
i.Vendor interaction for the final feasibility analysis
ii. Capex Reports preparation, calculations of ROI and Payback periods.
iii. Designing of the projects in co-ordination with Vendors/Consultants.
iv. Report Preparation.
